SHIPPING & RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL. Exchanges and refunds are only offered if it is concluded that NIORE is the party at fault (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and must be handled within 7 days of receipt. All products must be returned in original packaging condition with the original sales receipt.
We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed, cut, or chemically treated). We strongly suggest that you be sure to inspect all products before installation to ensure your satisfaction and report any concerns as soon as possible.
If your order is time sensitive, please be sure to allow adequate time for processing and shipping. The customer pays the return shipping as well as a 50% restocking fee may be charged if the product seal has been opened.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Regular orders are processed within 3-5 standard business days (excluding holidays & weekends). Custom orders are processed within 7-10-business days.
All standard orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed at the time of shipping.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note: customer will be responsible for all import taxes & duties.
